Several banners contain Chinese characters. In background, grave monuments, including the Ella Carter plot (Section 2 Plot 74). On reverse of image, is written in black ink "Grandma Stilwell". Written in pencil "Chinese grave in Mount. Moriah Cemetery, Deadwood". Image provides good overview of Section 2 in background. Several other grave monuments dot the image. On 12.2006, consulted Chinese expert in regards to Chinese characters on banners. One banner reads "General Tsou" the other the sir name "Chen". Need to verify names & information. |
