(1) 5 x 7" black and white print of the Sunnyside Tourist Camp (Wagner's Tourist Cabins) taken from McGovern Hill. Image captures seven, one story wood cabins along Deadwood's upper Main Street near the present day 800 to 806 Main Street. In the background one can see 592, 580 and 562 Williams Street. On reverse written in blue ink "From Florence Keene a former Wagner girl daughter of Chalk Wagner Sunnyside Cabin Motel". The photo is also stamped "Peterson Studios, Deadwood, S.D." The image was origanlly glued in a black album and pulled out. At the time of the acquistion, the image was placed in a wood frame. |
