South Dakota Registered Voters Please SIGN HERE! In the center of the poster is a poker hand of black aces and eights (clubs and spades). On the ace of clubs is the portrait of James Butler "Wild Bill" Hickok. This poster was used by the Deadwood You Bet Committee from 1986 to 1989 when limited stakes gaming was approved through a state wide vote. David and Mary Larson were founding members of the Deadwood You Bet Committee. |
